Krasota - иммерсивный гастропроект WRF, соединяющий визуальное искусство от студии Антона Ненашева, гастрономию от Владимира Мухина, дизайн пространства от Натальи Белоноговой и общую концепцию от Бориса Зарькова.

Проект состоит из двух пространств - ресторана и гастротеатра.
Ресторан на 35 посадочных мест работает ежедневно на обед и ужин.
Гастротеатр на 20 персон дает один вечерний спектакль через сторителлинг визуального искусства и дегустационного меню.

Gleb, originally from Ivanovo region, began his career in the gourmet industry by working in renowned restaurants such as White Rabbit and Red Fox. In 2022, he took part in launching the Ikra Rosa Khutor project.

In 2024, he completed his fourth season at the colorful gastronomic theater Ikra Pleshcheevo, where the "Burlaks" set earned recognition among many gourmets and tourists visiting Ivanovo region – the native lands of the chef himself.

During the dinner, the chef will tell you about the life, lifestyle, and diet of burlaks along the Volga River.
The dishes are made using ingredients that were accessible to them—river fish, caviar, sauerkraut, sterlet soup, Kologriv geese, black bread, and dark flaxseed oil. All servings of the set have been refined and presented in a modern authoritative interpretation.
